  • Felt Hats - Keep your hats dust free. We recommend a soft bristle brush for cleaning felt hats. Always brush with the nap in a counter clockwise motion. Ordinary dust marks and smudges may be removed with a hat cleaning sponge. To store your hat, we recommend keeping it in a hat box. Always place the hat upside down on its crown to avoid affecting the shape of the brim. Felt hats were not intended to be worn in the rain. However, if a hat does get wet, flip the sweatband outward and set the hat upside down on its crown to allow it to dry naturally.
    • Returns

      All returns must be returned within
      30 days of invoice date. Returns require authorization before finalizing the order and will only be given Store Credit with a one year expiration date. Returns must we unworn and with original tags and box.

      Order Cancelation

      To cancel orders placed with, please contact us by email to Cancellation requests must be made on the same day of the order within one hour. Cancellations require authorization before finalizing and shipping the orders. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section of "state" after they have been approved and client will receive a full refund 2-7 business days after it has been processed. 

      Return Policy

      Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Please email us at first. These are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods.

      All shipping charges for returns are paid by the buyer. Once merchandise is received by our returns department we will give you store credit valid for up to one year. Any refused to receive or unclaimed orders, can not be delivered or returned goods due to customer error, is subject to the replacement rate of 20%, plus all transport costs.

      No refunds on "SALE" Items and orders with special promotions applied. 
      Exchanges of SIZE may be made at customers expense. As the customer you are responsible for shipping TO and FROM us.

      The processing time for domestic orders is 2 to 5 business days. After that, delivery time within the US is 2-6 days. Each order will include a tracking # to track your order at any time via email. We are not resposible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences.
